Can I change or cancel my order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order as long as we have not had time to send it away from our warehouse. Contact us at info@ciszere.com as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.

I have not received my order confirmation?

First double check that the email has not ended up in your spam. You can also log in to your account and see the status of your order under “Orders”. If you do not find an order confirmation, contact us at info@ciszere.se and we will help you as soon as we can.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation for your email. In the email you will find a link where you can follow your package’s path to you.

How do I know when my package has arrived?

You will receive an text sms with all the information you need to know to get your package. Please dont hesitate to contact us for more information.

  • For Norwegian customers: You do not have to pay either customs or VAT. We stand for that. Smooth and easy. (From 22 May 2020 Norwegian customers pay Norwegian VAT (25%) directly in our online store and thus do not have to wait for an invoice for customs administration and VAT from the shipping company.

All orders are shipped with PostNord, DHL, or UPS and are fully insured. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your order.

Return Policy
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 28 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. We always include free returns so you just need to use the attached return label and send back your package. As soon we receive your return package we will return your money.

Express delivery

You can choose the optional express delivery on your order. Then we pack your order immediately and you have it within 48 hours. You select this option at checkout.

You can choose to pay with Klarna payment methods. Klarna today not only offers invoices but you can easily pay by card or bank transfer via Klarna as well. More information about these options can be found below.

This means that you can pay by card directly at the checkout.

– Pay later
Customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the UK can choose to buy now and pay later, depending on eligibility. *
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to complete your payment. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact Klarna for information. If you are not eligible *, you will only see the Pay Now option at checkout.

– “Slice it”
Customers in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway and Sweden can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly account statements based on the option they chose. This option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase in monthly payments.

For this option, you must open an account with Klarna and you will receive monthly account statements when your order is confirmed.
If you are not eligible *, you will only see the Pay Now option at checkout.

Please note that Ciszere cannot provide any details as to why you are not eligible to pay with our pay later option. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer service.

Payment security

Your personal safety online is very important to us. To ensure that your shopping experience is secure, we use a ‘secure site’, so-called “SSL” (Secure Socket Layers) – a security standard used by most online e-retailers that ensures that the transmission of sensitive information is secure when we process your order.

When you place an order, you can directly validate the security by clicking on the VERISIGN logo at checkout. To ensure that the information you share with you remains private, no payment information is stored and stored in our database.

Then you simply go to our exchange and return portal (click on the button below) – and register your exchange or return. Note that the processing time will be considerably longer if you skip this step 🙂
