It is possible to change or cancel your order as long as we have not processed the order and sent the package from our warehouse. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please feel free to contact us at info@ciszere.se.

Return Policy
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 28 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. We always include a return label in your order for an easy return process. As soon we receive your return package we will return your money.
You can choose the optional express delivery on your order. Then we will pack your order immediately and you will receive it within 48 hours. You can select this option at checkout.

– Partial payments
Customers in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway and Sweden can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly account statements based on the option they chose. This option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase in monthly payments.
For this option, you must open an account with Klarna and you will receive monthly account statements when your order is confirmed.
If you are not eligible *, you will only see the Pay Now option at checkout.
Please note that Ciszere cannot provide any details as to why you are not eligible to pay with our pay later option. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer service.
