Mustaschkampen

Press release, Borås, 2019-11-02

Ciszere helps in the fight with his own collection, "If you can't grow one, you can wear one".

That is the slogan of Cissere's campaign during the month of November. The fashion company from Borås wants to influence and inform.

Every day, every month, every year, thousands of men are diagnosed with prostate cancer. It is Sweden's most common cancer, more than 10,000 men are affected each year. More money is needed in the fight against prostate cancer for research and development of better diagnostic and treatment methods.

I think we all know someone who has been affected and has experienced cancer up close so I think it becomes more real. You cannot understand what is happening until it is too late, says Andreas Nyberg, one of the founders of Ciszere.
Together with the Prostate Cancer Association, Ciszere has produced a unique shirt to highlight and inform that it is Sweden's most common cancer. Ciszere will donate SEK 100 per garment sold throughout the month of November to the Prostate Cancer Association's Mustaschkampen campaign.

After my grandfather's death a year ago after suffering from cancer, the idea of being able to be involved and influence in a slightly different way was born. It feels like a matter of course for us to be involved and do what we can as a smaller company. Through our channels and ambassadors around Sweden, we hope that people will open their eyes to the fact that not everyone can do everything, but everyone can do something, says Andreas Nyberg.
The shirt will be available at selected stores and via Ciszere's own webshop. So take the opportunity to get yourself a unique shirt, or send your gift directly to the Prostate Cancer Association on number: 9001017. Your contribution makes a difference!
