Here you will find the answers to most of your questions.

It is possible to change or cancel your order as long as we have not yet dispatched it from our warehouse. Please contact us at info@ciszere.se as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order.

Firstly, double-check that the confirmation order in the email has not ended up in your junk folder. You can also log in to your Ciszeres account and check the status of your order under the “Orders” tab. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us at info@ciszere.se. We will solve it for you, as early as we can.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In the e-mail you will find a tracking link to your parcel.

  • We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders with DHL.
  • Optional ability to ship with DHL express, or home delivery.
  • You have your package within 3-6 days.
  • We offer full insurance and tracking of your package. 
Return information

  • You can exchange your goods within 30 days at no extra cost.
  • You have the right to return goods within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Payment information
  • Pay with Klarna checkout.
  • Pay by invoice, installment payment, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
  • Secure and encrypted payments.

You can choose the alternative option of express delivery on your order. We will then process your order directly. Within 48h the parcel will be with you. You can choose this option at checkout.

Pay now
This means you can pay directly by card at check-out.
You can always pay by Visa or Mastercard.
The payment will be processed as soon as your order has been confirmed.

You can choose to pay with Klarna’s payment methods. Not only does Klarna currently offer payment by invoice, but you can easily pay by a card or bank transfer via Klarna as well. More information on these options can be found below.
 
Klarna
Klarna is one of Europe’s largest banks and offers payment solutions such as direct payments, multiple delivery options, and various one-click installment plans. For example:
 
– Pay now
This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. You can always pay with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be made as soon as your order is confirmed.
 
– Pay later
Customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the UK can choose to buy now and pay later, depending on their eligibility. * Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to make your payment.
 
If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact Klarna for more information. If you are not eligible*, you will only see the Pay Now option at checkout.
 
– Partial payments
Customers in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway, and Sweden can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on their chosen option. This option allows you to split the cost of your purchase into monthly payments. For this option, you must open an account with Klarna and you will receive monthly statements once your order is confirmed. If you are not eligible*, you will only see the Pay Now option at checkout.

Please note that Ciszere cannot provide any details on why you are not eligible to pay with our pay later option. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer service.

When placing an order, you can validate the security directly by clicking on the VERISIGN logo at checkout. To ensure that the information you share with us remains private, no payment information will be stored in our database.

Simply go to our exchange and return portal (click on the button below) – and register your exchange or return. Please note that the processing time will be considerably longer if you skip this step 🙂
