Extended return policy for christmas gifts
From 1 of November until 19 of January we have extended your return right so you can buy Christmas gifts without any problems. If the product does not fit you are welcome to make a return or exchange. No worries :)

Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Free shipping is available over a certain value.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. In the mail you will find a tracking link for your package.
Contact us if the link does not work.
You will receive a text message (SMS) with all the relevant information you will need to track your package. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
Begin first with to double check that the mail has not ended up in your spam folder. You can also log in to your Ciszere account and check the status of your order under “Orders”.
If you do not find an order confirmation, please contact our customer support.
It is possible to change or cancel your order as long as we have not processed the order and sent the package from our warehouse. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please feel free to contact us.
If you order before 14:00 CET we will process your order the same day.

EU and selected countries
Orders within the European Union and the list of countries below are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Sales VAT is included. Any import VAT or duties are also covered by Ciszere, and you will incur no extra charges.

Orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur.
Rest of World
For countries outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.

All orders placed before 14:00 CET ships the same day and you choose between well known carriers. (Such as DHL, UPS, DPD, PostNord and Express). Always fast, traceable and fully insured.
