We always leave an 100% satisfaction guarantee. If  you are not happy, we will make sure you will be. No questions asked.

Easy returns
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

We always include a return label in your order for an easy return process. As soon we receive your return package, we will return your money.

Exchanges are free of charge. For full returns we are charge you a small administration fee of 5€ is deducted from your refund.

You need to register your return in our return portal. Otherwise, we may not be able to handle your return correctly, which may incur a handling fee of €15.
