Easy returns
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

We always include a return label in your order for an easy return process. As soon we receive your return package and you have registered your return in our return portal, we will return your money.

Exchanges are free of charge. If you keep one or more product returns are free. For full returns we are charge you a small administration fee of 5€ that is deducted from your refund.

Vat & Duties

EU and selected countries
European Union, Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Norway
Sales VAT is included. Any import VAT or duties are also covered by Ciszere, and you will incur no extra charges.

United Kingdom
Sales VAT is included. Any import VAT or duties (normally applicable on orders exceeding £135) are also covered by Ciszere, and you will incur no extra charges.

United States
Orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur. 

Rest of World
For countries outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
